1. Contract conclusion
You achieve an acknowledgment via E-mail after your order has been send. The contract with Praxisshop-Costea will come about after the examination of your booking through confirmation of order, which you will achieve within 10 workdays at the latest from Praxisshop-Costea via E-mail.
2. Service reservations
All prices denoted at the homepage of Praxisshop- Costea are not binding and may include literal and clerical mistakes. After examination of incoming orders, Praxisshop-Costea reserves the rights to deliver comparable goods or not to deliver tilled goods at all, if goods are not available. Will problems of this kind appear, we will get in contact with you in order to inform you as soon as possible. The successive cancellation policy is integral part of the contract.

Right of cancellation
Consumers are entitled according to regulations about distance contracts, in acquisition of products purchased on our website, you have the power of revocation under the regulation of the following indoctrination:
You are allowed to revoke contractual statements within two weeks without declarations of rationales in text form (e.g. writing, fax, e-mail) or by reshipment of your order. The deadline initiates after preservation of this indoctrination in writing but not before receipt of goods at the addressee and not before completion of our duty to supply information corresponding to § 312c Abs. 2 BGB in combination of § 1 Abs. 1,2 and 4 BGB-Info V as wells as our responsibility corresponding to §312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in combination of § 3 BGB-Info V. Exclusion of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts
- For delivery of goods, which were fabricated for costumer’s specification or distinctively fitted to personal requirements or which are not adapted to reshipment owing to composition or which may adulterate quickly or which expiration date would exceed,
- For delivery of recording of audio- or video material (e.g. CDs and DVDs) or software, provided that the delivered data carrier was unsealed by you.
- For delivery of newspapers, magazines and pictorials.
Cancellation consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation, performances received and if so emoluments taken are to be returned (e.g. interests) on both sides. If you are not able to return received performances completely or partially or just in declined condition, if so you have to accomplish compensation of lost value to us. At the surrender of goods this does not supply if the deterioration was repatriated exclusively through assessment –how it would be possible in retail store- . Incidentally you can avoid the your obligation to compensation of lost value according to regulations for commencement of use of product, by not using the goods as if they were his property and by avoiding any action that might impair the goods. Packets which are ready for shipment are sent back at our own risk. You have to convey the charges of the reshipment, when delivered goods were conformed with ordered goods and when the charge of the good, which has to be reshipped, does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or when you have not generated the consideration, by a higher charge of goods at the point in time of the cancellation or a contractual down-payment. Alternately the reshipment will be exempt of charge. Not transportable packets will be collected at you. Commitments for reimbursement for payments have to be discharged within 30 days. The deadline for you starts with the point of dispatch of your declaration of cancellation or goods, for us the latest with reception.

4. Reclamation
Misarranged, damaged or wrong goods will be of course exchanged. In the process Praxisshop-Costea resumes full charges. Please inform yourself if a reshipment is necessary. If so, we credit you the postage expenses and transfer them to your account. Please, in each case, get in contact with us via E-mail or letter before the reshipment!

In case of a reshipment, please frank it! The charge for compensation of lost value, for goods which are reshipped damaged or which contain signs of wear and tear, will be removed from the credit entry before it will be transferred back. Equal applies for additional charges for goods which were sent back to us which were franked insufficiently.
5. Guarantee
The deadline for the guarantee amount two years and obtains defects of goods, i.e. a departure from the actual condition which were guaranteed contractually (defects of material and fabrication).
The article has to be sent back with the calculation. In this case, Praxisshop-Costea reserves the right to send an identically, faultless replacement at first contrary to restitution of defective goods. In the last case, Praxisshop-Costea will compensate the entire purchasing price.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods will be the property of Praxisshop-Costea until the final payment.
7. Obligation of secrecy
Your transmitted data will solely be used for settlement of your order. All data will be embraced strictly confidential. The transmission of data towards third person (e.g. mail order house) only takes place, provided that it is required for order transaction. Order data will be transmitted via internet, we assume no liability for data security during transmission through internet (e.g. because if technical defects of provider) or for potential criminal access through third person on our website. Login credentials for customer’s login, which are transmitted to the customer by request, must be embraced strictly confidential, because we will not inherit any responsibility for utilization and application of this data.

9. Liability for links and other nonnative contents.
We provide not binding links from other websites which are pursued of different suppliers. Solely the provider of this website is responsible for all contents. Should be one of these websites, to which we refer, a reason of complaints, than please get in contact with us promptly. All contract data will be stored at least 90 days and are accessible for you on application. The customer is responsible for a longer storage of data.
